    aux pLUG W/ SIRIUS RADIO

Just to put this out there, if you guys have sirius radio and an AUX plug in your vehicle get the 5$ aux cable from radio shack or somewhere. I did so the other day and My sirius is now pumping out CD quality music. I was having a problem getting a no fuzz signal but thats history.

On a side note I "tried" it with my IPOD and it works with that too. Its crazy that ive had the AUX plug and sirius for 2 years now and didnt put them together.

I use a cassette adapter for my IPOD and my Sirius. It's not as good as an aux plug, but it's definitely better than using an FM Transmitter IMO.

I'm not trying to rain on your parade here but unless Sirius has made some major upgrades within the last year you're not getting CD quality music. I know it sounds much, much better using the Aux out as opposed to the fm transmitter but it's still no where near CD quality.

you may be right, like jumping into luke warm water after being in hot water feels like your jumping into ice water- its a big difference. i will say though that the sirius sounds better than the ipod.

Bleh I don't listen to the music anyways so sound quality doesn't matter a bit to me. My presets are 125 (Soccer), Howard 100 and Howard 101 and whatever other channels soccer comes on. I don't listen to the NASCAR channel, the NFL channel, or any of the music channels with the exception of the Metropolitan Opera Channel sometimes.
