The 10 Best Animated Movies for (Traumatizing) Kids

CRACKED.com - The 10 Best Animated Movies for (Traumatizing) Kids

    Article is mildly NSFW.

I must say Watership Down would have been my clear #1. My Father could be a jerk, so he had me watch it when I was a kid. Yeah it scared the **** out of me and gave me nightmares for weeks.

Watching Optimus Prime die as well was pretty traumatizing. I must say I am a little surprised G.I. Joe: The Movie wasn't there, that movie also gave me nightmares for a wild as a child.

I haven't seen #1 or #2, but that list is good.

    Hilarious article too. :y4:

Interesting list...Watership Down definitely is at the top of my list too.

Another movie that I was expecting to be on the list but wasn't was The Secret of NIMH...it's a good film, but it scared the CRAP out of me when I was little. (And ironically, NIMH is paying my salary right now...)

All I remember from Mask of the Phantasm is the Joker beating Batman with meat, I don't remember any killings or anything like that.

What the hell with Pom Poko?

Lack of the Brave Little Toaster was disappointing.

The movie scared the **** outta me when I was little. Had demonic clowns and creepy mutant appliances. Scary stuff.

And of course, who can forget the psycho Air Conditioner?

Are you seriously going to crack on The Brave Little Toaster? You're a jerk.
