Can't wait. Dexter is one of the best shows on tv right now. It'll be interesting to see where the writers take the story now that they aren't following the books anymore. Also, the Doakes being increasingly suspicious of Dexter storyline should be interesting. Only one more week left!

Is season 1 out on dvd? I missed too many episodes to follow it properly so I decided to wait until the dvd came out to get into it.

Yeah, I'm slowly netflixing season 1 and i'm really enjoying it! Not gonna pay for showtime, but i'll check out season 2 on DVD.

Well, you know how that goes-he's the star of the show-the guide says Michael tries to reestablish his territory with Freddy, so the show probably starts off several months after his "beatdown" . A great night of TV if you're a Dexter AND Brotherhood fan.Dexter starts at 9PM EST, Brotherhood follows at 10PM EST(Showtime)

Nope. They showed a preview for season 2 of the Tudors right after the Dexter premiere. It didn't specify a date, though, saying just "coming in 2008."

More people need to watch this show. IMO it's the best show on tv. The season premier was amazing...it did a great job of setting up the rest of the season. And judging by the preview of the season at the end of the episode....season 2 might be even better then the amazing first season.
