    Re: Bionic Woman

To me its the title character who is dragging the show down. I like the agency people, but couldn't care less about Jaime and her sister.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Agreed. Michelle Ryan isn't very good.

In fact, her facial expressions could land her a job on Lost.

According to TV Guide, the man responsible for the pilot is out completely, and the writers responsible for these first three episodes are out as well, because the Friday Night Lights and Battlestar Galactica crew have slowly taken over and assumed command. Jason Katims, showrunner of Friday Night Lights is now in command of the Bionic writing room. In other words, that can only mean good things for this series.

They're too late for me now. If the show makes it a season, I might give it a shot on DVD next summer.

Does that happen much? Firing writers on a whim and going with a completely different group so early in a show's life?

I think it means that the network really needs Bionic Woman to do well.

I think it was good for the 70's but it lost the magic. Times are different now, unfortunately.

The 3rd episode was the best one yet. It has got me hooked for the rest of the season.

I wish the Battlestar people would just focus on Battlestar. Bionic women will be cancelled before november.

Battlestar is essentially over(unless it gets put on hold by a writers strike), so they have time to focus on other projects.

For me, Michelle Ryan is the albatross around this shows neck, so those of us who are going to stick around will get to see if they can somehow make her interesting. Its going to be a Herculean task to be sure.

I've really enjoyed this show thus far, it will keep me occupied seeing Lost doesn't start till February.

Bionic keeps improving by the week, as does Michelle Ryan's acting (but using a foreign accent can be difficult). I love the Sarah Corviss character.
