One of the better episodes this season. Dalton was hilarious. Reminded me of how Chuck used to be.

Re: Chuck
I liked this episode.
The over the top Subway plugs always crack me up. Considering this show is on a tight budget (terrible green screen shots), I don't know why they decided to create the Greta character.Comment

Re: Chuck
Wow. So the Intersect is finally gone? Not sure how to react to that one. If Chuck goes back to being the old, down to earth Chuck that the viewer can relate to, then sweet. I'm curious to see how they will use him in the spy world.
And is anyone getting kind of annoyed with how flaky the characters have become? Like how Captain Awesome did not hesitate to let Jeffster & Co. pry into what is most likely a laptop containing top secret information. Or how Sarah screws Casey over and he doesn't get mad at all. Or how Casey is willing to let Morgan go on a dangerous recon mission in Thailand. Or how lenient Gen Beckman is every time the team breaks the rules. A couple seasons ago these guys all played by the book, yet now they could care less about the rules and regulations of being a spy. I know they are all close with each other now but in the beginning they established a very serious tone with how important their job was, and now it's just whatever.
Don't get me wrong, this last episode was awesome. One of the better ones this season actually. It just doesn't have "it" anymore. It's sad that this show has fallen off so much compared to the first few seasons. I'm still going to watch it just to see what happens next, but the level of enjoyment has dropped off significantly for me.

Re: Chuck
Really enjoyed this episode:
- The shameless Subway plugs always crack me up
- Dalton is one of the best guest stars in Chuck history.
- The whole "Die Hard" subplot with Morgan was a Win
- Too bad this show doesn't return until the middle of January.Comment

Re: Chuck
This show is losing it's luster. This whole mom storyarch is boring and seamlingly already played out with the father already.
Chuck has gone from a bumbling idiot spy to a complete whiny bitch. This show needs new writers asap, because these episodes are hardly even funny any more. Casey barely has any one-liners and is WAY softer than the first couple of seasons. Sarah is the same way. I don't know, just not really feeling this show anymore.Comment

Loved the die hard bit with Morgan.
Knew the intersect was in the laptop. But thought Ellie or awesome would get it.
Is this show now on a winter break??Comment

Re: Chuck
Normally I would have been upset at the wrench thrown into the proposal, because usually when that happens it's a cliched device used to keep to characters apart or inflict drama into the relationship. But here, we all knew her answer would be yes, and she's making a huge sacrifice for Chuck, to get his mother back.
I loved the Jeffster! subplot. Absolutely hilarious.
Also great was seeing Casey get so invested in the proposal, and Morgan with all those balloons.Comment
