    Pulling audio from movie?

I have an mpeg-4 file of a comedy show I'd like to put on my ipod as simply audio; is this possible? Is this simple? I have no idea what I'm doing. Just needing a little direction.

hmm... I know using Adobe (drawing a blank on what the product was) you have seperate tracks for audio and video, so maybe you could take the audio stream and create a file specifically that was mpeg... I'm not very good with that stuff though so I couldn't really help you.
