Don't think Kingpin translates to the big screen so well. He was actually the oddball villian in comics because he looked fairly normal, but the silver screen has tons of that bad guy genre.

Lex Luthor does not agree and he has now deployed a pack of super villains to destroy you.

Anyway, I agree on Superman. Never a big fan of his story. Batman and Spiderman are the joint though. Best stories in comics. If I ever got back into that stuff that's all I would pick up.

That being said, the Superman: Animated Series cartoons back in the 90's was crack. And I actually watch The Batman on Saturday mornings because it's good and I like watching good tv.

The Batman animated series was great, I used to watch it all the time and I actually have the first two seasons on dvd but I haven't watched them in awhile.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Maybe you feel too old for it. I don't know.

But, if you liked Batman: The Animated Series you definitely need to watch "The Batman" Saturdays on WB. I think it's on at 11:30 AM - they keep changing the time.

It's on it's fourth season now and it gives TAS a good run for it's money.

Now the Spider-man animated series was great... I have all episodes on DVD. Good stuff.

I loved the Batman cartoons back in the day on WGN but can't get into it now.

I need to get the Spiderman show on dvd. That was probably my favorite cartoon when I was little. My dad is a huge spiderman fan and him, me, and my brother used to always watch that show.

I liked it because the show had a great storyline, and the story continued like a movie.

The ending was kind of blah but still a awesome show.

Man I wish they would've continued it. They just left everybody hanging.

Yeah. I remember watching as a kid learning MJ was a water clone I felt bad for Spider-man. LOL Then when the clone "died", I was like damn Spider-man's life sucks.

Seriously, reading the comics you have to wonder how he doesn't just call it quits and become a villain.
