I hope theres a NOES remake coming. If you don't like it, don't see it. Personally, I'm starting to like some of these remakes because it's cool to see a new interpretation of old movies. Yeah, it's a cheap way to make money, but instead of whining every time, I've learned to enjoy them for what they are.

I can't wait for this one, I love remakes too as I find them to be fun if their done right. This franchise did need a relaunch and this is a perfect opportunity. I think it would be cool if they waited for him to put on the mask until Part 2 if they ever get that far. I wonder if they handle this like the new Halloween where they go over his childhood first.

Agree, not all of them, but 95% of them do.

Ones I actually liked off the top of my head are Dawn of the Dead, Texas Chainsaw massacre, The Thing, and The Hitcher.

The list of ones I hated, is much greater. The Fog, House on Haunted Hill, The Haunting, Psycho, When a Stranger Calls, Black Christmas, Wicker Man, Carrie, etc and so on.

The list of ones I hated, is much greater. The Fog, House on Haunted Hill, The Haunting, Psycho, When a Stranger Calls, Black Christmas, Wicker Man, Carrie, The Omen, 13 Ghosts, House of Wax, etc and so on.

I hated the Night remake, may never see the Halloween remake. Hills remake is good though. The sequel was utter trash.

Correct. Oh, I'll see this, I was just saying, I hate remakes in general. The Friday the 13th series is my favorite series of all time.

When I watched The Fog I kept waiting for Clark Kent to change into Superman and save everyone but he never did, what a bummer.
