I just got an HDTV over the weekend as an early birthday present. The question I have is what is the best component cables quality and price wise? I am looking for bang for the buck here. I need a 10-20 foot cable since I am running them from a shelf above the TV to the component inputs on the TV which are near the floor. Its a 61in tube HDTV by the way.

What model? I love my Hitachi 51" I got. Half the price with better PQ then what was available at the time except for MAYBE an SXRD, but that was 3x the price...Comment

As mentioned Monoprice is great, and I've actually had good luck with the Philips cables from Wal-mart. The latter are quite durable, firm when plugged in, and had much less noise than the cheapo cables from the cable company they replaced.I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be. - Douglas Adams
