My girl dragged me kicking and screaming to see it opening weekend - but have to say I'm glad she did. I really enjoyed the movie, as did everyone else in the theater. I hate that the movies I've seen of his have to have that one perfect guy and the scorned/abused woman, but... big girl or not, Jill Scott is flat-out beautiful. Sort of made me forget that played out dynamic. Janet wasn't really all that credible as a psychiatrist, but she was okay. I like that the men spoke to their temptations and handled them in their own way. Michael Jai White and his wife were hilarious
HBO's "The Wire" should rank as one of the top 10 shows EVER on tv - period

Good movie, finally got a chance to watch it on DVD today on my day off... The jump-off at the breakfast table was hilarious, albeit unrealistic... No way that dude would have survived putting all his boys on blast with their women like that... He'd have caught a beatdown of biblical proportions.

The scene at the breakfast table was the best part of the movie. I couldn't stop laughing. That was just cold-blooded how he did that.
