My wife says that I say "that's funny" all the time without ever laughing at whatever I say is funny. It annoys her, but I guess that's my phrase.

It works for pretty much any question about what you are going to do or something along those lines, and it really irks some people which is always funny.

also words that I may substitute in for do/don't include: will/won't, can/can't.
