    I didn't realize he had a teleprompter in front of his face during his radio news shows.

    You can say he doesn't go out and research his own material but he still reports sports news and interviews people and that makes him a sports reporter.


    edit: Well, I see that our definition of reporter is different. I get that a reporter is typically someone that goes out and researches material. Patrick would probably be considered more of a sports anchor. Though, anchors still gather, write, and present news information.

    I'm pretty sure Patrick knows how to research material and did it many times. Anyway, I get the difference in opinion here and I get the argument.
