Jurassic Park. when the T Rex is trying to get the kids in the Jeep thing. Well it probably sucks now but when I watched it in the theatres it was good.

I agree on the Saving Private Ryan one, I remember I thought about that scene for weeks after I saw it.

Many of the ones that others have said, as well as the last battle scene of Glory when Denzel picks up the flag after Broderick was killed. That gives me chills everytime I see it.

In the Rookie when he calls his family to tell them he's made it the the Bigs. I bawled my eyes out the first time I saw that one.

        Lots of scenes in Braveheart.

In The Patriot when Gibsons goes on a rampage. The reaction of his kids before and after was breath taking.

The end of Fight Club. I actually had to watch it again to understand what the hell was happening, lol.

The end of Field of Dreams when Ray plays catch with his dad.

The shoot-out scene in Four Brothers.

The entire film of THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST.

Showed in brutal detail everything that happened and in such a way that it crystalizes why Catholics/Christians believe in the Death and Ressurection.

As for more secular fare? The "curb stomp" scene in AMERICAN HISTORY X.

Wow. So many have already been mentioned.

Passion of the Christ-Yeah the whole film.

Saving Private Ryan-The opener and the stabbing.

              American History X- Curb stomp.

Requiem for a Dream-That whole movie was intense and just ***ked up.

Godfather I- Michael kills McClusky and Sollozzo. You could feel the anxiety building in him as he was about to turn to the dark side.

I've seen some pretty intense scenes in 24 also. I like when Mason suicided himself in the plane crash and when JB had to shoot Chappelle in the head.

I've yet to see Requiem for Dream. I read the book and it tore me up to peices. After reading it and knowing people who have gone through the same things, I don't think I can handle a visual of it.

Hopefully I can get over it and have the balls to watch it one day.

How can I forget all the Frank Miller films? So many intense scenes in Sin City and 300.

the scene in "Last of the Mohicans", when the Mohican father chases down and kills Maqway...btw, the song playing during that scene is one of the best ever (same song in Steven Jackson, Shawne Merriman commmercial)

here is the scene i was talking about from "the Last of the Mohicans"...it is freaking awesome. It built up through the entire movie. You want him to get revenge so bad and he does

The castration scene in Hard Candy ranks right up there for me.
                              Patrick Mahomes > God

That movie is just.........different. It just leaves with a real weird feeling after watching it. Pretty messed up stuff.
