My wife has a brand new Dell laptop and all of a sudden when we turn it on, it does nothing except go to a grey screen. We've let it sit for like 10 minutes or so and nothing has happened....any ideas?
I once tried to upgrade the memory in my laptop and the new stick of ram was not compatible with my laptop. I got a blank screen then. Does you computer hum or can you tell if the hardrive is spinning?
