anyone here know of a program that can convert a z36 file to a zip or rar file.

You can't convert a file to a zip or rar. .zip and .rar files are compressed files.

www.winzip.com has software that will create .zip files.
www.rarlab.com has software that will create .rar files.

Basically install either the Winzip or Winrar software. Once installed, right click the file you want to zip/rar and select "add to filename.rar" to rar a file. Right click and select "Winzip and then add to filename.zip" to zip a file.

I don't think so. As an example: if you try to transfer a roster file from the 360 to the PS3, that won't work.

I'm pretty sure that cant be done. Occasionally someone will create an editor that can do that, but I havent seen any for any of the next-gen systems' games.
