when you right click on 'start' and click 'explore' it opens up all your files. Is it possible to set it up to open a certain folder when you do this??

Mine opens up a window that is (by default) set to the Start menu's folders, which only seems to have "Programs". Are you asking if you can set it to another thing other than the Start menu?

If so, I don't think that's possible. Just remember that you are in fact exploring the start menu, and pretty much that only. If you right click on a folder and press Explore, it will open up that folder. There's really not much you can do about it.

Perhaps I'm mistaken with what you're asking.
