Have an HP printer. When printing word documents the color of the font is blue. I have half a cartridge of black ink and the same with my color cartridge. Is there a setting I'm missing.
I went and auto serviced the printer (aligned, etc), but still the same. Photos are faded, heavy reds and washed out other colors.
