    Mac Video Game questions..Need Help

    Hey Guys,

I own a 2.16 Intel Core 2 Duo Mac with 1 gig of Ram and I have some question. I'd really appreciate any help, and thanks in advance.

    -Can I play anything decent?
-If I can, what can I play?
-What is the Windows situation? If I can run Windows based games on here, how do I do it?
-What Mac games are there available, and how do I find them? A lot of sites talk about PC games, but not Mac compatible games.
-Is there a website that offers info on this? If so, please let me know.

Thanks Guys! Any other info you think would be valuable would be appreciated as well. This macbook was originally just for work, but with the shaky health of the 360, I'd like to have a few backup games to tide me over for while the red light special is on.

you can find mac games at your local apple store or online (amazon) and you can't run windows games on macs unless they say that they are mac compatible on the box.

If you can run Windows via Boot Camp, you can play Windows game.

Also, check out Parallels...they're getting some good results with Windows games through Parallels' emulation in OS X.

Thanks guys. How good is the macbook in terms of power, do you know? I haven't played a PC game since Counter Strike, or Jedi Academy, so I don't know anything about the video card inside this thing. Like I said, this is primarily for work, which is just Photoshop, Logic and SketchUp

MacBook's have on-board video memory (no memory card)....I don't think its gonna be pretty, but I'm not into gaming

Thanks, I might have to call them up. None of my efforts at finding info have turned up anything in this regard.
