23" Sammy HDTV HDMI problem
I have a 23" sammy HDTV that I use as my monitor. Many months ago I bought an upscaling DVD player with an HDMI output. I used it for awhile, then moved it into another room and left the HDMI cable still attached to the TV. Now I got a newer 360 with HDMI and the TV doesn't recognize the HDMI signal. It also doesn't recognize that same DVD player when I plugged it back in.
If anyone knows what's going on, I'd love to hear from you."We were expecting a miracle with Elite, but instead we got Jesus at halfcourt."

Re: 23" Sammy HDTV HDMI problem
I tried the same cable on both the DVD player and the 360 and got black screens both times. It's either the cable, or the TV's HDMI input because the circuitry that detects when something is plugged into it may be screwed up. . . I don't know which one."We were expecting a miracle with Elite, but instead we got Jesus at halfcourt."
