    Tin Man

    This mini series on the Sci Fi channel looks cool. It starts Dec. 2, 9pm eastern time. It looks like it is 3 parts.

      I want to watch this only to see what the creator has done with the story. I like new visions on old classics. I just hope it's good enough to keep me.

          Ooh this looks interesting. I'll have to take a gander at it. Hopefully it doesn't totally trash the original source material.

                      The books...I doubt the original Oz movie has fantasy/sci fi possibilities.

                              I'm in the same boat as you, though I'll be watching for sure, probably starting tonight...TV's starting to go into reruns, at least the shows I like.

                                  I saw a good 5 minutes of it, and like every other SC-FI original, the low budget and shady camera work gets to me before i can really enjoy their films.

                                  It seems as if they have a good cast and actors though.

                                      I watched the first part, I'll watch part 2 tonight.

                                      I enjoyed it- I think the story is actually pretty well done. However, take that with a grain of salt. I watch Sci-Fi originals fairly regularly. This one doesn't "feel" like the others. It's a fun movie so far- I think the acting has been very good.

                                          I have enjoyed it so far. Interesting twist. The cast of characters is pretty good.

                                                  Very enjoyable mini-series, it was definitely one of Sci-Fi's best efforts

                                                  It's certainly given them the highest ratings for any program on the channel in history. I really liked it.

                                                      Fantastic story and very, VERY well cast.

                                                      That was probably one of the most enjoyable remakes of a classic that I can remember.
