I believe his son is keeping the family name strong as well.

His son is actaully better, but that has more to do with today's bikes if you ask me.

How he rode that heavy harley with those shocks is beyond me. I bet no one on this world have the balls to try a big jump on that warhorse nowadays.

RIP to a guy that laid it out on the line and truly lived life to the fullest.

I wish I could be that type of person.

No you don't, that guy broke every bone in his body. I don't want to be that kind of person.

Yeah I found out last night that he did one stunt that went awry and was in a coma for 3 months! Hearing about the mishaps that happened nearly as often as the successes makes me wonder how he even lived to be 69.

Evil and the Harlem Globetrotters were the only reason I watched Wide World of Sports when I was a kid. His events were classic. They were bigger than life.

As a kid my brothers and I had so much fun with his toys.
We went through so many sets. The gears in those bikes didn't last long. We would crank that handle on the launcher to get that bad boy humping. My dad banned us from playing with it on the wooden floors in our house because of the skid marks the bike would leave on the floor at take off.The action figure was rubber. We could contort it to look like Evil after a crash.

My best and last jump with my toy Evil was a classic. I wanted to do my own Wimbley Stadium jump. I turned mom's coffee table longways and constructed a ramp Evil himself would be proud of. After many failed attempts to get him off the ramp straight I finally succeeded. My toy Evil sailed over that table and then the sofa. The bike crashed through the living room window and hit my Uncle Gene who was having a beer with my father on the front porch. The action figure stayed on the bike. Success!!!!! I got my *** whipped, but scored points with my brothers.

I got to meet Evil when he paid Walter Reed a visit a few years ago. He was very cool. He lived up to everything I thought he was as a child. I am sorry to hear of his passing.

I know in bad taste but I still got a chuckle when it was announced on the radio yesterday. One of the guys said they're going to launch his corpse over the grand canyon. I know, I know.

I loved that motorcycle! I ran that thing through everything, over puddles (sometimes in the puddle when I missed the ramp), chased the dog, screwed up walls, floors, furniture, etc. I still have that thing stored in a box somewhere, looks like hell but a great childhood memory!

                            RIP Evel!!

I just bought one of the re released ones off of Ebay. Sweet! I still have the original cycle as well (and the dragster) but it was cool to get a brand new one.
