    National Treasure 2

This film hasn't received much hype. I went to go watch it with my friends Friday afternoon. It was pretty good. The puzzles he had to solve weren't as great as the first one; but then again its probably because i was expecting more because of the first one.

It had a good amount of action and a good amount of exploration and as well as explanation. I had no clue there were more than 1 one Statue of Liberty

    However one thing got me:

I thoroughly enjoyed the first National Treasure and I'm sure I will enjoy "Book of Secrets" equally as much.

The first one was so bad that I can't imagine myself watching this one. Nicholas Cage has been painfully bland in every movie post-Raising Arizona.

I found myself to be eerie of another Walt Disney adventure film...

...but I thought the first National Treasure was a great movie!!! It is one of those movies that is fun for everyone (i know that sounds cliche), but I am a grad-student and I find it just as entertaining every time I watch it as I did the first time. it's kind of like a modern-day Indiana Jones, yet National Treasure is factual.

I am really looking forward to Book of Secrets - sequels are hardly EVER good (exceptions being Godfather 2 & T2)....but I will def pay to see it hoping it is just as good, if not better, than the first.

I won't go near this one.

The first one was a terrible and ridiculously predictable movie. There were more sections where I laughed than sections where I was riveted to the storyline, and this one sounds like even more of a comedy.

I have a feeling i'm in the minority that enjoys a Nick Cage flick. I like his sarcastic sense of humor and I really enjoyed the first NT, so i'm sure i'll enjoy the second one as well, though i'm sure i'll wait till its out on DVD.

I loved it to. It's one movie you can watch multiple times and it never gets old. The only thing that bugs me is the "shocked whispering" that happened alot. Whenever they found or solved something major, they whispered in excitement

I'll be seeing this in the theater....I really enjoyed the first one, as long as you know it's gonna be a throwaway movie. The history aspect is cool, and I thought the characters were fun to watch.

Good its a good movie. Anyone that enjoyed the first one should love this one. There quite a few cool discoveries throughout the movie. Again, i managed to learn a few things

                        Spoiler

When he was going to meet the President, i really thought George Bush would have a cameo appearance, i have no clue why though. For you people that see the movie, try to imagine George Bush in that circumstance that the president was in, i'm pretty sure you'll laugh quite hard.

I saw it on Friday and it was pretty good but not as good as the first. There's definitely oing to be a third though.

If it were someone else then I would watch. Nicholas Cage is a terrible actor.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

"You'll not find more penny-wise/pound-foolish behavior than in Major League Baseball." - Rob Neyer
