    Best DVD format?

Just got an external DVD burner, for Christmas. It says it supports all formats, but I don't know which is the best one to use. I'll only be watching the DVDs on my 360, if that helps for compatibility.

What formats do you guys prefer?

Its against OS TOS, so I don't think we could really talk about that.

It's just for some footage we've taken of family gatherings and such. We want to be able to put it on DVDs and watch them on the TV rather than crowding around the computer. I didn't know that was against OS TOS. :o

Memorex works best with programs like DVD shrink, Nero, etc.

              What about DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, etc?

DVD-RW / DVD+RW lets you rewrite information to them and they tend to cost a little more. I go with DVD-R.

                    DVD-R is most universally compatible.
