    Monoprice.com

Does anybody else shop there for HD and surround cables? They practically give them away (they are that inexpensive), and a much better deal that $100 Monster Cables.

Anyway, I just wanted to give a heads up because I have never prices on HDMI cables this low.

I got a good HDMI cable there for 6$. But I got a component cable for my Wii and its crap. You can get some great deals there though.

What's wrong with the component cable?

If the image quality is poor, it's not the cable. That's why Monster cables are big rip-offs. A cable can either accept the video feed or it can't. Period.

I picked up HDMI, Optical, DVI, and Coax Cables and also a spool of speaker wire from them. No problems at all.

            Re: Monoprice.com

Most often when I know I'm going to get at least one thing from Monoprice, I start to look at what other types of cables I could/might want to bundle in an order.

I'm looking to get a few long Ethernet cables, at least 20+ feet. In this order, I'm also thinking that I want to get some new USB charging cables, but the slim ones that fit in PS4 controllers (and as I'm also noticing, my cell phone and 3D glasses as well).

Does anybody know what these cables are specifically called? I have a few of these, but some of them don't seem to charge some of these items, almost as if there are actually different kinds but you can't actually notice for yourself. I don't want to order a set of the wrong cables... meaning ones that will fit but wouldn't actually charge these items.

            Thanks if anybody knows.

Yeah monoprice used to be a big thing with people on this site.

Bought a bunch of cables from them myself, hdmi, optical and good quality.

                I'd always recommend them

95% of the cables we have are either from monoprice or bluejeans cables. Have never had any issue from either place.

Use them all the time if I have a bigger order. Otherwise you can get an "Amazon Basics" 6' HDMI cable for $5.49 with Prime shipping. Otherwise on Monoprice you pay about the same or more after shipping, and have to wait a week to get it.

Yep. Only place I have been getting my network/HDMI cables from for about 10 years now.

I've been using this place since around 2010 and have to say their quality is beyond good for the prices.
