I've not recorded a song in 2yrs. *sighs*

I did all of this at home which is nice, but it's also a curse since there's nothing to light a fire under my +++. My girlfriend and friends get pissed at me sometimes because they hear brief ideas of songs that I've put down as a quick 1min demo, since a lot of those are better than anything I've put on myspace.

It's going to take more than Capitalism...

and if I was suicidal I'd be LONG GONE... 10yrs ago... But I'm here loving every minute of the next potential natural disaster.



Take last year for instance... I re-did "White Christmas" for my company holiday party... It went like this.

"I'm dreaming of a dark christmas. With death and choas in the in air. When the bombs are dropping and the asteroids are crashing. Mankind will fade away."

The looks I got were PRICELESS.

Was in a band. Now I'm just on the road writing music for myself and other artists too. Won a couple of songwriting competitions which brought me in a nice 2500 $ in total.

Zeke, Over is a great song. Love the vibe to it. Your vocals are awesome and the song reminds me of Porcupine Tree. Awesome stuff.

Zeke you have a cool voice. You should find a band. Never was in a band, but in Highschool a band we put together for a talent show beat Billie Joe Armstrong bands. He had Mike with them, but not the same dummer. lol

Wow, you guys are young (all things considered).

Dude, I like Last Chance. The singing vocals are pretty awesome, and I like the screaming. The only thing I don't like within the song is the growling. Just never been a big fan of growling in any of music.

I think between the vocals and your screaming, you got yourself a nice thing going. Hopefully you guys can get a perfect mix between the two and do something really big.

Are you guys just doing this for fun or would you really like to be doing this 5-10 years from now? Let me know if you plan on playing at a show down in Memphis, I'll make sure to go.

PS: Just listened to Icarus, I freaking love the beginning.

I was in a band for about 5 years. But, after i found out my GF, now my wife, was pregnant i knew I wouldn't have the time so I told them I was leaving. Our lead guitarist pretty much got a job in Philly after he found out and the band still hasn't found replacements.

I played Rhythm Guitar and Sang lead on the first 6 songs on our website. I wrote the middle 4. The last two are from other guys that were in the band. Not the best recordings but it was fun while it lasted. Pretty simple music.
