Trac Phone

I got a trac phone last year for christmas. I didnt put minutes on it before the minute date and now when I try to add minutes to it is says could not be processed. Do I have to reset my whole phone now since the minute date was passed? If I do it will suck because I got alot of numbers on it. Someone help plz.

I use Net10 which I think is owned by Tracfone and they work the same.
Once the date has passed on your minutes you lose your number and the remaining minutes. You can reactivate your phone but you lose your number so you only have to tell everyone you know your new number.


I don't like that about it but I am very pleased with the service and everything else.

Yup - you goofed up. Like the guy above me said, you lose your number and minutes and will have to resign up for service and get a new number and plan.
