Netflix "watch now" question
Anyone ever use this on their PC and a HDTV (ie hooking into the tv via VGA). With them sending me the DVD I'd get upscaled quality, just wondering what the online stuff would look like on a big (I've got a 37") tv. It'd be a total pain to move my PC into the room with the TV, but that ability could make it worth it (watch more without waiting for things to be shipped).Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Tags: None -
Re: Netflix "watch now" question
I've hooked my girlfriend's laptop up to my tv via an S-Video cable, and it hasn't lost a lot of quality. Mind you you're watching a stream online so it's not DVD quality, but it's still been solid every time I've used it and I can only imagine that it is improving as time goes on.
IMO, it is definitely worth it to watch it on the big screen as opposed to a computer monitor. -

Thanks...been trying to figure out my layout anyways...right now my desktop's in my office (extra bedroom, renting a condo from family, otherwise I'd just get a 1 room apt), and I use my work laptop in the living room (when just chillin, etc)...I like to surf the net and watch tv, so I might just bite the bullet and move stuff over here, I dunno.I've hooked my girlfriend's laptop up to my tv via an S-Video cable, and it hasn't lost a lot of quality. There are some tv shows I'd like to see on DVD, they have them available online, so it'd be much faster than just going from mailing them (it'd take a month to get one season of a show with my 2 DVD plan).Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment
