Re: Breaking Bad - AMC Show
Just finished the series after starting it a month ago. Words can't describe for me of how good it was. The characters, the acting, the dread/tension with every building episode. Bryan Cranston what a gift to entertainment.
When does the Saul spinoff start?

Re: Breaking Bad - AMC Show
SpoilerIn season 3 where the cartel guys just tried to kill Hank. Very good episode. I still can't stand Walter though. I knew he was gonna can that assistant. He's so threatened by everyone. I felt bad for Gayle! At this point Walter is a punk to me. Walter would be left for dead at this point if he didn't stumble into people who know what they're doing and saving his life.
Gus, Saul, and Jesse are my favorite characters and the person who plays the son is damn good. Is he really disabled? If not he does an amazing job of acting it.SOS Madden League (PS4) | League Archives

He really is though he ups the disability a bit for the show.

Re: Breaking Bad - AMC Show
Hadn't seen a single episode of this show and just signed up for the streaming service through Netflix late last night, decided to test my connection by watching the first episode and was hooked right away. Hopefully the series lives up to the hype, only reasons I signed up for Netflix was this and the earlier seasons of Dexter and SOA.Comment

Re: Breaking Bad - AMC Show
I loved Saul but he was good in small doses, same goes with Mike. It's like how good Russell Brand was in Forgetting Sarah Marshall because it was a supporting role but in starring roles on his own.....not so much. I don't think Saul as a character has enough depth to carry a hour long drama for very long. He was more like comic relief in BB.
But I'm not a fan of prequels in general, maybe it was the Star Wars debacle that has forever soured me but the fact that you know both Saul and Mike can't die, any peril or tension on the show is muted.Last edited by Seymour Scagnetti; 01-28-2014, 09:02 PM.Comment

Re: Breaking Bad - AMC Show
I think you'll like it Seymour. I doubt what you saw of Saul is half of what you'll see in this show.
He wasn't as fleshed out because he was a minor supporting character.
