Personally I don't think illegal drugs led to his death but I do think he probably at least dabbled in them sometime in his life. I mean most people who are that rich have tried the stuff once in a while.

See, I would say that...but Ledger was never that kind of rich person. He even said in an interview, and I'm paraphrasing something I heard on CNN about ten minutes ago:

"I was fine before I had money, and I'll be fine after I don't have money. My money won't follow me after I'm dead."

He was just never the kind of person who rolled around in his money, or gloated in his fame, or really even seemed to care for the money and the Hollywood lifestyle.

Thats funny....Anyway, I'm 29 years old and I seen some crazy ***t in my life, so let me preach if I have to, there is a lot of you young men on here that I'm just trying to look out for...Growing up in NY and seeing the drug seen and being around it, I lost some friends...I'm sorry a lot of guys on here were born with a golden spoon in you, well you know the rest.

I'm 30, I've never seen cocaine or heroin in person in my life. I've never even seen marijuana. I have no golden spoon either.

So because you've seen it, you're saying you think he died of heroin.

i am not or never claimed to be an expert on drug experimentation by hollywood celeb.

but i have been to parties (hollywood) and seen cocaine flowing like the got damn nile river...

me saying..." i would bet heath dabbled in cocaine use occasionally" is not that far off the scale.

although 95% may be a wee bit extreme.

Two of my Dad's best friends from college, who I considered my "uncles" died from drug overdoses. One was cocaine, one was heroine.

But we don't know anything because we're not from New York? Yeah, okay.

just because someone isnt part of the glitz and glam of hollywood and doesnt revel in the fact he/she has tons of money does not mean they still arent dabbling in yayo.

Here's why I don't believe he was big into the party scene, and why I personally don't feel he was doing drugs:

One of CNN's people talked to an industry person, who said -still paraphrasing-:

"If it was anyone else, we'd be saying it was expected. When you think about Heath he was never big into the party scene, he was a family man, he loved his little girl..."

I didn't say it was a fact he died from that, that would have been my guess. I had some bad experience and saw some really bad ***t, so I'm just speaking my friend.
