I changed my avatar and signature to advertise my absolute favorite show (radio or tv) today and thought to myself, "How many OSers listen to This American Life? How many of them know what I'm talking about?" So, is anyone else a fan of TAL? For the uninformed, TAL is a weekly radio program on Public Radio International that takes a theme and gives three stories on that theme. It sounds incredibly simple, but it is the best show you'll ever hear. In all sincerity, it will at least make you feel crying at times, while making you hold your stomach laughing at others, and you'll learn a lot all the while.
