Jack Johnson - Sleep Through the Static

Anyone else feeling this cd? Pretty nice to just chill out to, went to bed while listening to it the last two nights.

I'm convinced Jack could just sit down and play guitar for two hours and I would love it. Anything he does is great IMO. My only complalint is that some of the songs are way too short, but he's always been like that.

Wish the overall CD had more energy, just seems like a bunch of songs you'd listen to if you were bored.

It's a great album to listen to when you chill with the bros.

I can never make up my mind about JJ. I am liking his latest. It's really raw and really soothing.

Very good. It's amazing to just lay back and listen to. I'm actually planning on passing out listening to it in a few minutes.

Yeah I havent been completely thru the entire CD yet but JJ never lets you down. My wife and I had our first dance as a married couple to Better Together by JJ. His music just relaxes you...great music for lazy days...

His stuff is always good the first couple spins but it gets old very fast to me. Not enough variety, energy or substance. But it's definitely nice to listen to in the summer while chilling outside having a few drinks in the evening.

Johnson's talented in his own right, but I can't stand to listen to him anymore; it seemed like when I was in high school, Jack Johnson was all anyone and everyone ever listened to and/or attempted to play on guitar, and thus I got sick of it.

Like I said though, he's got the talent.
