    For all you video buffs

I have a presentation on gender. There's an episode of friends that goes through the exact steps and stereotypes on gender. I borrowed a friends dvd, so now what I want to do is record the various scenes that deal with gender on my computer. I used Super Screen Recorder but all I get is **** audio and a black screen.

    Are there better programs?

No one knows how to rip certain scenes from a dvd? It's for school purposes and due tomorrow. Hopefully someone can help

I know that my girlfriend records television using Windows Media Player. It's possible that she could do the same using a DVD but she's never done it and I don't know if it's possible.

I would suggest seeing if you can do anything with WMP. Maybe do a search on it?

And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
