    New computer... issues.

Been seeing a lot of computer problems posted here of late thought i'd throw mine own in.

Just received my new parts last night... ep35-ds3p motherboard with an e6750 cpu, 2 gigs 800ddr2 mem, antec 850watt qtp psu, evga 8800gt, 500gig hd and an antec 900 case.

Everything went together cool (posting and listening to music right now with it) BUT.... I keep getting a nvidia warning about low power to my video card when I boot up? Any kind of game I play crashes eventually with artifacts all over the screen. The card is plugged into the psu (even tried different pci-e cords). Went out and bought a new psu (a bfg 800watt) plugged it in and damned if it almost was worse, games crashing real early, wouldn't even finish 3dmark06. Any ideas?? Video card bad?

"Not wonderment," he said when asked if he was surprising even himself with his hot hand in Virginia's 108-87 victory against Gonzaga on Wednesday night, when he scored a career-best 37 points. "I was just wondering why they didn't play more `D.

I can't tell within the technobabble what processor type you have. If it's Athlon, I had read a while ago that Athlon and NVIDIA are not a good marriage. The few NVIDIA products I've been around I just don't like.

      ATI.

LOL, yeah I looked my post over and it did include a lot of blah, blah...

It's an Intel dual core processor.
I have tried several drivers. It's wierd, the not enough power warning comes up and everything runs fine just really sloooow(3d stuff.. ie games), but I just booted up this morning with no warning and everything crashes real early?

At least it doesn't affect my browsing OS!

Eh, picked up another video card at bestbuy this morning a 9600gt.. works like a champ. Guess I have to try and RMA the old card back to Newegg or Evga? Dunno which.
