Really? I was looking on Amazon and saw the cheapest just under $20, and there wasn't a free shipping option either.

Besides, I'm just not much of an online shopper for one reason or another. Black Friday was the only excuse my mom wanted to see that kind of thing on my credit card bill (don't worry, I pay it... she just wants to see it). I suppose I could explain the situation to her.

Anyway, I'll check my Circuit City as well, but it definitely didn't have it on BF. In fact, I got the first two Saw movies for $12.00.

Off topic but Blzer how old are you? I swear I thought you were in college or older but I dont know many college age people who have parents that check their bills...especially if you pay it.

          20. Yeah, I know... I don't know why, she just likes to "check up on me" in ways like that. She even calls me and asks me if I'm checking ingredients on my food (deathly peanut allergy). I'm somewhat of a momma's boy that way, and she's also the reason I wasn't allowed to shell out my big bucks on a bigger TV and a badder surround system. I was limited to $600 for each piece of equipment, so I'm stuck with 23" and a 650 watt system.

Either way, they produce high-definition and lossless audio, so that helps. I just want to complete my Saw franchise as well.

Check Wal-Mart's website, they have like 10-15 Blu Rays for $10 right now. The ones I got, plus The Punisher, some Rambo & Terminator movies, and a couple others.

Here's a link of Walmart's Blu-rays, from cheapest to most expensive:

I really think I should see Rambo, that way I can take advantage of this deal.

EDIT: Which reminds me, if you want to get them even cheaper, I also got this e-mail earlier today for Blu-rays on Amazon for 50% off (Rambo 1 - 3 at $24.99). I would pick up The Descent ($13.99), but with the shipping cost included, it is about the exact same as at Walmart. Still thinking about getting American Psycho, though Blu-ray reviews (yeah, turns out I don't trust them all anyway) have video and audio rated pretty low.

Just picked up my own copy of TDK along with Band of Brothers. The IMAX scenes are AMAZING on my tv. Can't wait to get some free time and watch BoB.

Time to cut the cord kid. Mom shouldn't have to monitor your bills at 20.

I buy movies that I really like and feel they're worth the money ... because there is indeed a good chance I'll watch them 4+ times.
The average movie, not so much, that's what PPV or the Movie Network are for.
The Batman movies - absolutely worth the coin.
Forgetting Sarah Marshall - entertaining movie, nice eye candy (Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell), not worth the $30 it cost on Blu-Ray ... so I didn't do it.

Those are great numbers, and so far I'm only a part of the rental crowd!

I don't know if anyone went to Blockbuster to rent this or anything, but I went at midnight, and you know the sections they reserve for new releases? Normally it would only be one... but at mine, they reserved six!

TDK could've scored a 1.0/5.0 on the reviews and still be a must buy.

I'm surprised Warner hasn't contacted you to advise them on the production of the next film. Heck, I'm even more shocked you haven't been invited to join the A.S.C.
