Beat me to it, though I do enjoy Eastwood's speech to the townsfolk upon leaving Big Whiskey too.

i couldn't find the quote, just the whole scene .....

                "Inconceivable!"

"You fell victim to one of the classic blunders! The most famous is never get involved in a land war in Asia, but only slightly less well-known is this: never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!"
Ahh, great line but I can't even say it's the best in the movie. Can't go surfing youtube right now at work but maybe you can dig up a couple of others off the top of my head...

First line is what I think of every time I hear that one mentioned from Gladiator, "Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." If you can find the extended fight scene with this one, that's a classic.

The other is when the princess is about to put a dagger through her heart and Westley says, "There's a shortage of perfect breasts in this world. It would be a pity to damage yours."

I've been waiting my whole life to run into a girl trying to kill herself by putting a dagger in her heart so I could use that line. Westley was a pimp.

the unforgiven lines were good too.

"I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore". Great line and a great performance by Peter Finch, who unfortunately died before he could receive his Oscar.

Yeah man. I actually saw a site that pretty much had all the quotes from the movie when I was trying to figure out how to spell Inigo Montoya.

I've seen way too many movies... I'll try to throw a couple out there (Soldier just shut the thread down with that one though).

"60% of the time it works every time."

                                "Franks and beans!"

"Honey you think KFC's still open?"

"What now? Let me tell you what now. I'ma call a coupla hard, pipe-hittin' ****, who'll go to work on the homes here with a pair of pliers and a blow torch. You hear me talkin', hillbilly boy? I ain't through with you by a damn sight. I'ma get medieval on your ***." (definitely one of many from this one)

"Is she dead, yes or no?" "Pretty much." (from Jackie Brown... that one's not that obvious).

"I like to dissect girls. Did you know I'm utterly insane?"

                                and finally...

"At this point, you might be asking yourself, 'why am I holding this 30lb. Cinder block in my hands? You might also ask yourself, 'why does this cinder block have a long piece of string tied to it? And finally, why is the other end of this string tied securely to your penis?"

Probably would've been better with video clips, sorry.
