Well, I already had it installed and, after I had the frustrating call I researched Dish and DirecTV and both were going to be quite a bit more per month than the promotional AT&T rate so I was going to keep Uverse for the remainder of the 12 months at least.

We ended up ditching Charter (they sucked for us) and went to DirecTv in August last year and have had no issues so far. The free Sunday Ticket last year finally got me to give in.
