If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

      Re: Pre Game Music

In high school I often listened to Alexisonfire on the bus going to football games. And I had to hear Al Pacino's "Inches" speech from Any Given Sunday at least 5 times.

Back in college, before intramural basketball games, I used to listen to songs from Silverchair's "Frogstomp" - "Pure Massacre" and "Madman".

hmmmmm I wonder what baseball fans at Notre Dame thought when they heard that. I'm surprised there was anyone left in the stadium by the time you got to the mound.

Just way too many to name, but here were the top few I listened to before my football games:

                        Xzibit: Get Your Walk On

                        <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/5cCz4q0n9Mk"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/5cCz4q0n9Mk" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

                        Tech N9ne: I'm a Playa

                        <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/13zsMC-c62w"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/13zsMC-c62w" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

                        E-40: Record Haters

                        <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/ulSHW2xTUEs"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/ulSHW2xTUEs" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

Although the song didn't come out until after I finished my playing career, Tech N9ne's "Riotmaker" would have been a great one too.
