    What happened to...

I've been listening to some of my "old-school" rap on my computer and iPod lately and I got to thinking about what happened to some of these guys. If anyone has the whereabouts of these guys, go ahead and post. Also, if you want to ask about other artists, go ahead and leave a question about them.

Tha Twinz...Not a lot of people probably have heard of them, but they were on Warren G's first album, "Regulate...G Funk Era." They released an album about year after that called, "Conversation," and it didn't sell at all. But the album was unbelievable, and it probably had Warren G's best production of his career. If you can find the album, pick it up. It took me about 5 years to find a copy and it was worth the $. Anyways, I haven't heard of them since that album. I keep hearing they're going to make a comeback with Warren G, but I've heard that the past 6-7 years.

Philly's Most Wanted...Their first album wasn't that great, but "Please Don't Mind" and "Cross the Border" are two of my favorite songs. Great production by the Neptunes. I haven't heard of anything since those two songs. What happened to them?

Chad Hugo...Speaking of the Neptunes, I haven't seen this guy since 2002 it seems like.

Lmao I was just going through an old cd that had a Philly's Most Wanted song on it, they really weren't that great but they made a couple of alright songs.

Apparently Chad Hugo is producing some stuff on his own but NERD is on tour right now and he's doing that.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Cross The Border was a funny song. Those lyrics.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
