This one is a bit wild.
He actually says:

Numerous sites say the word is "acendrick."
But, there is no such word. I'm assuming it's really "acentric."
This is where I'm just guessing now.
To be acentric is to lack a centromere. The cetromere is a region found in the middle chromosome.
If your cetromere doesn't operate properly it results in the wrong number of chromosomes in the daughter cells leading to conditions like Down Syndrome.
So maybe that's why they are building a family girl. They are acentric and as a result she wouldn't have the proper number of chromosomes to develop correctly.
