I need some device help, please!

Alright guys I just installed the Vista Service Pack 1 and I went through and made sure everything was working correctly and I discovered that I had to update some of my devices. I did that but there is one that keeps saying it isn't working properly, but yet it won't let me update after I've tried several times. I took a screencap of it.

To be honest, I'm not even sure what it is. I'd like to get it working properly or delete it but I'm not sure if it's safe to delete. I'm not the smartest guy in the world when it comes to comps.

Also, when I installed the service pack it installed Realtek HD Audio Manager and I really don't need it(at least I don't think so). Is it safe to disable it? Thanks for the help fellas!

Well for starters, it looks like a card reader, MS being Microsoft Pro Duo or something similar, CF is compact flash and SD is secure digital. Im not very tech savy with things like this but is there any chance you can go to the manufacturers website and see if there are any new drivers for the SD reader? Its not a big deal though, you can always pick up an external card reader that plugs in to USB and plug in all your SD cards that way so losing the built in reader wont kill you.
