I thought that bit was very funny, then I checked out YouTube for some more. Saw the "UPS" skit about the "weight and girth" and wasn't blown away but he did pull out some funny stuff toward the end. I'm going to check out more of his bits over the weekend.

His last major stand up routine on Comedy Central seemed to be a bit of a diversion away from his earlier stuff. He seemed to try to go the Bill Cosby/family jokes way of sorts and it just wasn't working for him.
Good to see him back on the "imbecilic" track! (Check out the spelling bee/science fair audio routine on youtube....his best schtick imo....couldn't find one with video, but you don't need it).Comment

It's the first time I saw him (saw that on TV a few days ago) and I was amazed by his facial expressions - he's amazing! I mean, the first time I saw his face I screamed: "What the hell is that?!" but after a few seconds I found myself laughing out loud...My Specs:

Mencia and Cook are overrated cause they a.) have material that is eerily similar to other comedians, and b.) rely on delivery and timing more than actually saying funny stuff. Regan isn't necessarily my cup of tea all the time, but I would hardly consider him overrated.
Also, while I do think Dane Cook's stand-up is overrated, he is actually pretty funny when he's just improv-ingComment
