Personally I thought it looked terrible and with both Ferrell and Reily coming off of terrible movies they really need to make something good enough that the public will forget about Semi-Pro and Walk Hard, but I doubt this is going to do that.

Saw this movie tonight at a special screening and it was funny as hell.

Certainly makes you forget Blades of Glory and Semi-Pro.

Definitely worth going to see opening weekend. Right up there with Anchorman and Talladega Nights for me.

Even though I trashed this movie, more based on recent Will Ferrell offerings like Semi-Pro, Blades of Glory, The Producers and Bewitched, I am actually starting to warm up to this movie. As I see different trailers for it, its actually starting to look really funny, I think John C Reilly can be funny as a supporting actor, he cant carry a movie as evidenced by that terrible Dewey Cox garbage but he can fit right in with Ferrell and they both carry each other in a way. I will see this when it comes out but I will probably "rent" it online instead of seeing it in the theater since it has to be a huge hit for me to spend the dough on.

Saw this tonight, boy was i not dissapointed. I thought it might be funny but to me it was great i don`t i think i have laughed out loud in a movie like that in a long time. i would put it right behind old school for Ferrell`s movies.

Seeing it in about an hour. I'm really looking foward to this, at least it's gotta be better than Semi Pro. It looks like it'll be good though.

It was hilarious!!

If you like WIll Ferrell's comedys I highly recommend it, you'll love it. Ferrell and Reilly are great together.

I also enjoyed it. Their were a few trying to hard to be funny times (like an extra cuss word here or there) but overall very funny!!!
