The release date for the new film is slated to be July 22, 2008, and I am excited like you wouldn't believe. The show absolutely should not have been canceled, and MGM has said they are willing to bring it back as a series if the film sells well.

That's right, bitches. One of the best shows when it was on Showtime, EASILY. I'm still pissed that Showtime canceled it. I have both seasons on DVD and will be one of the firsts to get his copy of the film. Sad there won't be any Rube or Daisy, though.

Can't wait! I like Sarah Wynter, though I'm not sure I can buy her as Daisy....That was just so Laura Harris, hard to match.
