Just a heads up for all the Amazon shoppers. Amazon has marked down a ton of DVDs, some as low as 6-7 bucks. They are also doing a deal where you can buy one, get one free of select TV seasons (I grabbed How I Met Your Mother).

I did a search on a few DVD's, none of them knocked down. Exactly how new/old are most of the movies, and is there an actual link that explains this promotion?

Exactly. I get most of my dvds from Amazon anyway, I'd love to take advantage of this.

Last night I ordered Super Troopers (7.50), Harold & Kumar (9.99), The Mask (9.99 knocked down from 14.99), The Manchurian Candidate (6.99), Grandma's Boy (7.49), Ferris Bueller's Day Off (6.99) along with the How I Met Your Mother seasons 1 & 2 for 30 bucks. So the range is pretty good.

Aside from How I Met Your Mother, I just feel like I can save much more money if I wait until November and go Black Friday shopping at Target or Costco. Besdies, I looked over the selection, and I guess they just weren't the movies that I wanted. Not only that, but I'm looking at getting a PS3 this summer, so I can't decide whether to get some on DVD or wait and get them on Blu-ray.

Guys also look at Best Buy and Circuit city, they usually have sales for DVD's @ $4.99 a pop.
