    88 Minutes

Al Pacino stars as Dr. Jack Gramm, a college professor who moonlights as a forensic psychiatrist for the FBI. When Gramm receives a death threat claiming he has only 88 minutes to live, he must use all his skills and training to narrow down the possible suspects, who include an angry student, a jilted former lover, and a serial killer who is already on death row, before his time runs out.

Did anyone else check this out? Man I like Al, but I watched this yesterday and wasnt really feeling it. Predictable w\ lackluster action...wouldnt recommend it.

LOL...This is funny, I saw this movie about 6 months ago, my dad gets the movies early, and saw 88 minutes a while ago. I liked it, I thought it was decent, not great but decent.

        You....you PIRATE!

        j/k

Is the movie also 88 minutes long? There have been some good movies that have followed that kind of real time format and done quite well. The greatest of which was HIGH NOON.

I saw a commercial for it and thought it looked good. However, the reviews have been pretty bad so I might just rent it.

Speaking of Mr. Pacino, I just saw Insmonia last night. A good movie with a good few twist and turns, never saw Robin Williams play such a role before. I would happily recommend it to anyone whose in the mood for a Pacino film.

Yeah Pacino's movies from about '95 on have been acquired tastes. I also enjoyed Insomnia. BTW if you want to see Robin Williams in another role that's different for him then check out The Final Cut. Very good movie IMO.

As for Pacino, this is going to be a minority opinion but I really enjoyed his movie SimOne. It was truly an interesting character piece and sort of a Hollywood version of the Frankenstein story in some ways.

EXACTLY what I text my cousin after I saw that movie. I heard nothing but bad reviews about it, but I figured Pacino pick a bad script, NEEVER!!! It was not very good at all, I really expected more than a cinemax after dark film minus the skin...

I agree, his movies from early 90's have been hit or miss to the publics eye. But to me, I enjoy his films I guess because it's Al.
