    Madonna: Hard Candy

I dunno how many people are checkin for this album. I've never heard or copped a Madonna CD, but looking at who's producing and guest starring, I'm going to give this one a shot.

I love the song 4 minutes, as Justin is my favorite music artist. I like that the Timberlake/Timberland team is featured heavily on the album. However, I really don't like Madonna's voice, which hurts the album for me.

For those who've heard it, what do you think?

Picked it up today (I don't DL, I'm an artist myself and I support all artists), and I must say it's pretty awesome. I was actually in the same recording studio at the time that they were working on this album (I had never been so excited in my life), and I heard some "rough" demos that probably didn't make the cut, though, it's a solid pop/hip hop/dance album with some awesome collaborations.

You can definitely feel the Timbaland/J.T influence on the album in songs like Heartbeat, Spanish Lesson (the guitar reminds me of J.T's Like I Love You). My favorite song on the album is no doubt the first single, 4 Minutes. It's catchy, has an awesome beat and Madonna and J.T show awesome chemistry between each other.

Most of her CDs are pretty good. I don't like dance music much but her last CD was really good.

I really loved her 80's albums and some of the early 90's. After that I didn't really like her music.

Not a Madonna fan, but I am a J.T. and Timbaland fan. That "4 Minutes" track is pretty hot. I won't be getting the album though, most likely, unless it's dl'd.

I don't know, after the Duran Duran CD, T'land is starting to repeat the same song over and over again. Some thumping club/synth beat w/ him rapping the chorus. I like what he's done, have his album. But, not as fresh as it once was.

Should be interesting to hear what he does with Chris Cornell, though.

The production on this album is absolutely insane.

Pharrell has really come in to his own as a solo producer. And in my humble opinion, steals the show from everyone else on the album, producer or otherwise.

This is pretty much like Nelly Furtado's last album, except jacked up, and alot more clubbish.

This is probably going to wind up being the album of the summer as far as pop music goes.

I'm interested in listening because it's Madonna.

No, I'm not a huge Madonna fan. But I do respect her ability to adapt to the times and always reinvent herself.

She's one of the few artists that can make music of all genres and make it work.

Bedtime Stories is still in my opinion her best album of all-time. And Ray of Light was pretty solid. So I'm interested.

A track with JT & Timbaland?

Well, that means the album is worth a download.
