firefox question

I downloaded this so I could open multiple tabs when doing rosters for The Show.

A lot of times pages don't open immediately, take up to ten seconds, and I see a message on the bottom bar that says things like....."waiting for a.tribalfusion.com", or another like type message.

Also MLB.com will hang up and the entire thing freezes and I have to use CTRL/ALT/DEL
to shut down firefox. I think this one has to do with a video thing that is supposedly loading on the home page of MLB.com.

Any fixes/suggestions? thank you.

Try uninstalling FireFox, and reinstalling. Never had any problems with FireFox like that.

When it's waiting for a page it's trying to get an image, information, something from that page to display...it's not Firefox's problem that the page is taking forever to display, that's an issue with whoever's hosting that page.

Understood, so tribalfusion hosts this site? I'm not really up on this, just asking.

It appears tribalfusion is some type of add agency/tracker of some sort. I ran CLEANUP,
SPTBOT, always have SPYBLASTER on and ADD AWARE.

Am I right assuming this is a cookie of some kind planted and every time I try to get a page (not every time) it says "connnecting to a.tribalfusion.com.

I have the same problem with the MLB sites. Open them up in an IE tab.

This is run in ads and popups, I don't think it is actually on your computer, but if it tries to load it on every page, then you may have a problem.

Download the ADBlock Plus plugin for firefox and download the blocker settings, if that doesn't stop it, then its on your computer.
