I can't help but laugh at the plot.
But I remember hearing Howard Stern talk about seeing this movie a few months ago, and giving it alot of praise. He thought it was going to be scholocky crap going in to it but he said it actually wound up being a quality movie.“Nobody in the history of the game tried what I just tried. I thought this movie was gonna be good from the praise, but it was kinda meh. Not crapola, but not that good IMO.MLB: New York Yankees

I liked it. It's not great, but I was on the edge of my seat throughout the entire thing with my legs squished together as tight as they could get. It's not really a horror movie though as it's too satirical and doesn't take itself seriously....kind of like Fido.
I would actually categorize this as a comic book movie. It's exactly like any other superhero/villain's origin story.

Oh wow, I remember seeing this trailer a while ago but completely forgot about this movie. I thought it maybe was a joke or something. I will have to remember now to check it out.PS: You guys are great.
