Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
I played with the Storm and Curve before I picked the Curve, and thought the Storm as a terrible phone. Hated the thouch screen, just not user friendly to me. Love the Curve though.Comment

Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
If you type alot just pass right by this thing because its tedious.
We met with Verizon and mentioned a couple of the issues, but they really dont think anything is wrong with it, which is crazy IMO.
The features are really nice as far as what you can do with it, but really they should redo that thing.Comment

Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
It's sluggish from certain apps to another, and has some OS lag last time I played with it. There was a new firmware update released just before May, so I'm not sure what that did, if anything.
It's a cool phone, but I don't see it being very useful for corporate/business users. It's more of a Blackberry for a college kid, if that makes any sense.
I didn't mind typing on it once I got used to it, but I couldn't imagine acutally writing an important email or doing anything other than light texting/IMing on it.Comment

If you're not going to be using the storm for a lot of emails/typing, then it really isn't that bad.

Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
How do you Curve users feel about your phone at this point in time? I do lots of texting. Should I just go with a phone like the Alias 2 (I currently have the original Alias), or should I grab the Curve while its at a great priceEagles, 76ers, Phillies, Arsenal FC, Wildcats, Vols

Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
I've had several different keyboard and non-keyboard phones/touchscreen phones and I enjoy typing on this one the most.
It's just so easy and quick to use. Reminds me of typing on my old Palm Treo 650.Comment

Re: The Official BlackBerry Thread
I have had the Storm now for 2 days and so far I'm liking it. It took a while to get use to, but now I am getting pretty comfortable with it, especially texting. I have had a quirk here and there, but nothing drastic. The phone has a lot of potential and is just different from other phones out there. So far so good. What world do you live in?Comment
