The first one bricked after I rebooted to free up some memory. It would freeze at the Sprint logo. Took it to the Sprint store and they tired to reinstall the OS and it didn't work. The 2nd, she put in the side slot of her purse and when she pulled it out, there was internal crack it. She didn't drop it, mishandle it or nothing. Yet still, she had to pay $100 for a new one. That one was a refurb. The 3rd one they just sent her a brand new one in box. I'd like to put 5.0 on it but am afraid to brick her phone. I'm thinking about returning my Tour at Best Buy because of the issues I've been having with the trackball. I like the phone otherwise and was in Verizon the other day played with one of the other Tour's on display and the trackball worked perfectly.
